Paramedics are trained to look for exactly this: many communities run "Vial of Life"-style programs where a completed medical sheet lives on the refrigerator door (or in a marked container in the fridge), because that's where responders check first. A second copy travels to the hospital, where admissions will ask for insurance details and medication history at the worst possible moment to be reconstructing them from memory.
