These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the CareHub family caregiver coordination app and related services ("CareHub," "we," "us"). By creating an account or using CareHub, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding agreement to use CareHub. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter and for keeping your account credentials secure.
If you opt in, CareHub sends account and care-coordination text messages (such as reminders and update alerts) to the mobile number you provide. By opting in you agree to these messaging terms:
You agree to use CareHub only for lawful, personal care-coordination purposes, to enter information you are authorized to share, and not to misuse, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service.
You retain ownership of the information you enter. You grant us the limited right to store and process it as needed to operate the service for you and your care team, as described in our Privacy Policy.
CareHub is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error free, or that notifications will always be delivered on time.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, CareHub and its providers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, the service, including any delayed or undelivered message or reminder.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of CareHub after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
